Top Ten Mistakes Employers Make That Lead to Litigation

The topic will be the top ten mistakes employers make that lead to litigation. Operating a company and its personnel is challenging in and of itself. While keeping on top of the day-to-day operational necessities, it is easy to lose track of essential human resource practices.  However, the last thing you need to add to your already busy schedule is defending a lawsuit filed by a disgruntled employee.  It is vital to remain alert to issues in the workplace which can lead to costly employment-related litigation.  Ms. Schneider and Ms. Feinstein will explore the top ten mistakes employers make that lead to employment-related litigation and provide insight on how to avoid them.
