    Topic: Achieving Organizational Wellness

You know the health and well-being of employees is important.  Healthy employees are more productive and cost you less.  But how do you make sense of it all and decide what's right for your organization?  Of the hundreds of ideas you've run across to promote a healthier workplace, which ones really work?  Today's program, Achieving Organizational Wellness, draws on the expertise of a variety of community resources and local HR professionals who have led successful wellness policy and programming.  In a fun relaxed atmosphere, we'll learn about community resources that your organization can draw upon for little or no cost.  You'll have the opportunity to exchange ideas with others who have built a culture of wellness in their organizations, try some new healthy lifestyle activities and taste treats for yourself, check out some new technologies and see what's really worked for other local employers.
