Do you feel like you’re trudging in circles at work?  Are you wasting your time mediating the same problems day after day?  Are you part of a team full of tension, resentment, and stress?  It can be hard to maintain a healthy group dynamic, but it is achievable.  Positive group dynamics rely on a delicate balance of varying personalities.  Now , if each person involved were a robot, that delicate balance would carry on smoothly, without squeaky wheels or arguments over productivity or the break room refrigerator.  We’re not robots, though.  We’re human.  Humans experience cyclical patterns of behavior that make balance difficult to achieve.  Influenced by the inevitable chaos of everyday life, these patterns have the potential to either plunge your office or team into social turmoil, or transform it into a streamlined powerhouse.  A leader who is willing to tackle these cycles head-on with deliberate intent is already on the winning path.  The key to efficiently navigating these cyclical patterns lies in understanding and managing them, rather than ignoring or trying to conquer them.

We call this Managing the Engagement Cycle and we’ve cultivated this method to create an original, thorough, and fun educational experience designed to encourage and empower leaders and teams.  This session will provide attendees with the tools needed to manage the engagement cycle in their own workplace or team setting.

    Learning Objectives:

    • Understand the importance of engagement as the foundation for leading a team
    • Discover the 4 levels of engagement we all experience
