    IMAGE Program:  Avoid a DOL I-9 Audit

    This program will discuss the ICE Mutual Agreement Between Government and Employers (IMAGE Program); best practices for completing the FormI-9 and red flags to be aware of; anti-discrimination practices; and identifying counterfeit documents and imposters.


    Brett Stanley, Special Agent, DHS/ICE/Homeland Security Investigations began his federal civilian career in the U.S. Border Patrol in Nogales, AZ.  He served as a US Immigration Inspector in Calgary, Canada; a US Immigration Officer in Moscow, Russia; a Supervisory Special Agent in Detroit, MI; a Special Agent in Dubai, UAE; and as a Special Agent in Sioux City, IA.  Brett Stanley is a graduate of the US Army Military Police Officer School and served in the Montana Army National Guard.  He maintains a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Montana in Political Science with minors in Russian Language, Soviet Studies and Military Science; and Master of Science Degree from Thomas Edison State College in Management and Leadership.  Brett is married with four children.   

    1.5 HRCI Continuing Education Units and 1.5 SHRM CP Units applied for.
