Have you had a Workers Compensation claim spiral out of control?  Did it leave you frustrated with the workers compensation system? While you aren’t alone, there is a solution. Workers Compensation is one of the largest singular line items in your insurance costs each year. The misnomer we hear are the rates are set and there isn’t a lot you can do to mitigate those costs. This simply isn’t true. Workers Compensation is the one area in an insurance program where you can have the biggest impact by sound risk management strategies and correctly having your program set up, so you know what to do in case of a claim. There are multiple mistakes that can occur that can end up costing your organization several thousand dollars for multiple years. This session will provide attendees the knowledge and information needed to manage workers compensation claims and to have the correct plan in place to succeed in managing these claims.
