    Speaker: Andrea Fredrickson

Andrea Fredrickson, the owner of Revela, is obsessed with behavior change. Her personal mission is to help people "get it", to see things differently, and self-reflect. She never stops looking for ways to improve themselves on a personal and professional level. She's purpose-driven, asks "why", and gives others a voice. Because of Andrea's background in Human Services and her work with Organizational Behavior, her knowledge spans across strategic planning, cultural change, team building, and leadership development. Passionate about results, she puts clients' business objectives first.

    Topic: Evolving the Employee Experience

Create a culture tomeet company goals and retain the best employees.
There's so much talk about culture these days. We know that culture is more than ping-pong tables and casual Fridays; but do we know what it is and how it's tied tobusiness results? The evolving relationship etween employer and employee is very real. And the actions we taketoday have a lasting impact on the way we attract. retain, and develop the best employees.
    During this interactive session we'll:
    • Explore the connection between culture and your business results.
    • Identify the culture you have versus the culture you want.
    • Learn ways to create rituals that strengthen the culture needed.
